Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySIMONE GAUVIN (nee THEVENOT) 1914 - 2005 It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our mother Simone Gauvin (nee Thevenot), formerly of Letellier, MB. She was born on February 17, 1914 in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, MB. She was predeceased by her husband Roger, parents, Paul and Emilie, brothers and sisters and one grandson Dennis. Simone leaves to mourn her children, Adrien (Marthe), Rogeanne (Paul), Jean-Paul (Evelyn), Jeannine (Karl), Catherine (Gilles); 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Mom also shared her love with many foster children. Many thanks to Estelle, Anne and staff of 3DE at the Tache Centre and also to the staff at Palliative Care St. Boniface Hospital for their special care. Viewing will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 5, followed by funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. in the Saint-Boniface Cathedral. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Parish Cemetery in Letellier, MB. The Desjardins Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements, 233-4949 or toll free 1-888-233-4949.
