SUSAN DIANE COOPER Susan Diane Cooper of Lethbridge, AB (formerly of Winnipeg) passed away peacefully at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital on October 16, 2005 at the age of 50 years. Susan is survived by her brother Harold (Margaret) Cooper of Regina, her sister Janet (Bill) Fairbairn of Lethbridge. She is also survived by two nieces Dawn (Jeremy) Schenk and Cheryl Fairbairn, her fiance Shayne O'day and great nephew Riley O'day all of Lethbridge as well as her aunt Joan Burnside and cousins David (Teresa) Burnside and Bruce Burnside. Susan was born in Winnipeg on January 22, 1955. She lived her whole life there until last year when she moved to Lethbridge to be closer to family. Susan loved to be around people. One of her favorite past times was bingo and shopping trips to the USA with her mother. She had a soft heart for animals, especially cats and Canada Geese. She had a very close bond with the dog Brandy and the cat Cleo. Susan also loved to knit and read. Everyone has numerous things that Susan knitted for them. Susan was happy with the little things in life and appreciated anything that was done for her. She was always ready to lend a hand and never asked for anything in return. She will be sadly and lovingly missed by everyone. Thank you to Dr David Breckman of Assiniboine Clinic, Dr Parham and Dr. Harris of Winnipeg Clinic, Dr. Holland, Dr. Musk and the nurses at the Cancer Clinic of the Lethbridge Regional Hospital. A very special thanks to Marilynn Wojdekop for all her help. A graveside service will be held on November 12 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. in Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Humane Society.
