JOSEPHINE KIRTON (nee TARDIFF) August 29, 1938 - November 5, 2005 With saddened hearts, we announce the sudden passing of our dearly beloved wife and sister Josie, aged 67 years, at her residence. Josie was predeceased by her parents Albert and Yvonne Tardiff; sister Evelyn and brother Jerry. She is survived be her loving husband of 42 years, Edward; sister Linda (Len); brother Roger (Julie); brother-in-law Robert; brothers and sisters-in-law Harvey (Patsy), Harley (Val), Gwen (Art), Jackie (Ernest), Anne (Jack), Dorothy, Kenny, Ervin (Connie) and David; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Josie worked at Maples Personal Care Home for 25 years until retiring then moved to Selkirk. We were truly blessed to have such a kind and loving wife, sister-in-law and friend who was always there to help not only family but also friends. A memorial service will be held in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, on Thursday, November 10 at 1:30 p.m. with Fr. Boguslaw Wardzinski officiating. A reception will follow at the Selkirk Friendship Center. Gilbart Funeral home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
