CONSTANCE DYCK (nee COOK) The family is greatly saddened by the passing of Connie, on November 7, 2005 following a brief battle with cancer. Born July 21, 1936 in Winnipeg, Connie married Julius Dyck in 1953. Together they raised two sons and a daughter. Their years together were lived in Winnipeg, the Yukon, Saskatoon, Edmonton and Portage La Prairie. After the passing of her husband Connie moved to Gimli. Connie was predeceased by her husband Julius in 1997 and their daughter, Julie, in 1982. She is lovingly survived by two sons and their families: Andy (Gladys), and their children, Heather, Hilary (Sheldon) Dueck, Daryl (Anita) and their daughter Julianne; Harv (Audrey) and their daughters, Becki, Joey and Tiffany. Also survived by her brothers, Ray (Jean) Smith, Bob (Shirley) Cook, Jim (Dorothy) Cook, Dick (Margaret) Cook and sisters, Eleanor (Charles) Ward and Joan (Ray) Higgins and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff of GD4 at the Health Sciences Centre for their compassionate care of Connie during her illness. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Morrow Gospel Church, 755 St. Anne's Rd., with viewing to take place one half hour prior. Interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery, Hwy #1 East at Navin Road. Donations in Connie's memory may be made to World Vision Canada, 34-62 Scurfield Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3Y 1M5.
