Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORAH GWENDOLINE BARRICK (nee BAILEY) Gwen passed away on Monday, November 7, 2005 peacefully at home. She will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Pat Watson (Jim) of Guelph, ON and Ruth McDonald of Oliver, BC, four granddaughters, Kim Mitchell, Jodi Tegelaar, Allison McDonald and Barbara Price, one grandson Steven McDonald and great-granddaughter Gwyneth Mitchell. Gwen was predeceased by Mr. and Mrs. T. O. Bailey, Owen Bailey and her husband Bruce Barrick. Gwen was born in Viceroy, SK on July 19, 1915. She received early education in Killarney and Carberry and attended the University of Winnipeg. Gwen worked at Hudson Bay Co. and the University of Manitoba book store. She was a life member of UCW and held several positions in UCW organization. Gwen was very fond of animals, travel and family visits. There will be a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Thursday (today), November 10 in Westworth United Church, 1750 Grosvenor, with Rev. J. Clark Saunders officiating.
