VIOLET KELSEY On Tuesday, November 8, 2005, following a brief illness, it is with great sadness we announce the passing of Violet, wife, mother, nana and best friend, surrounded by her family and loving husband, Edward, at the Health Sciences Centre, at the age of 69 years. Remaining to cherish in Violet's memory are her husband Edward of 52 years; children, Jeffrey (Rita), Lori (Ken Donkersley) and Greg (Laura); cherished grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jillian, Daniel, Stephanie, Nicholas and Michael; sister Ollie Chudzy; and brother Sandy (Olga) Boychuk as well a numerous nieces and nephews. On December 21, 1935 Violet was born in Winnipeg. She spent her leisure time golfing, bowling and travelling. Violet especially enjoyed her retirement trips to Palm Springs. Funeral Liturgy will be sung on Saturday, November 12 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic Church, 455 Douglas Ave, with Deacon Gordon Mendres officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Violet's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society Manitoba Division, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7 Violet's arrangements have been entrusted to the Family Owned Funeral Chapel of: WOJCIK'S ALL BELIEFS FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL CREMATORIUM 897 - 4665
