Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCAMILLE PHANEUF It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Camille Phaneuf on November 9, 2005 at Tache Centre at the age of 83 years. Camille leaves behind his wife of 54 years Juliette, daughters, Louise (Shane) and Monique; sons, Robert (Liz), Denis (Lisette) and Luc; 12 grandchildren, Antoine, Brigitte, Michelle, Vincent, Christina, Marco, Michael, Darrell, Justin, Stephanie, Tiana and Jenna; six great-grandchildren, Jacob, Katia, Cameron, Devon and Victor. He was predeceased by sisters Annette, Germaine, Juliette and Marie-Ange, brother Lucien and two grandchildren Lance and Colin. Camille was employed by the City of Winnipeg for 30 years. He was also involved and well known in many organizations in St. Boniface enjoyed especially his time with the Knights of Columbus. Camille's family will remember him as a man of great honesty. He was hard working creative person who could develop a solution for any problem. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Prayers will be held on Monday, November 14 at 7:00 p.m. with viewing at 6:30 p.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 DesMeurons Street. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 15 at 10:30 a.m. with viewing at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Cathedral, 190 avenue de la Cathedrale. Special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at the St. Boniface Hospital Dialysis Unit and the staff of the 6th floor. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the staff and volunteers at Tache Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada Manitoba Branch, 730 Taylor Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, R3M 2K8.
