Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUDOLF ROBERT KLANN Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, Rudy Klann, aged 64 years, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2005 at the Beausejour Health Centre. Rudy was born on August 17, 1941. He attended Thalberg School and later worked on the power lines when he met his wife-to-be Wilma Bialek. They were married on July 28, 1962 and raised four children. The moved to Anola in 1967 and in 1977, established their business of custom homes which he actively worked at until his illness in 2003. Besides carpentry, he enjoyed fishing, blueberry picking and socializing with family and friends. He is survived by his wife Wilma, son Kelvin (Karen Elaine), daughters, Karen, Kathy (Kevin) and Connie (Doug), granddaughter Katie; brothers, Alfred, Ervin (Elaine), Helmuth (Eileen), sisters, Evelyn (Elmer), Tillie and Myrtle and sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Lila. He was predeceased by his parents, Karl and Bertha, his brothers, Arthur and Walter, brother-in-law Clifford, sister-in-law Agnes, nephews, Larry, Ricky and Alvin and niece Jo-Anne. A funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 17 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Avenue E., Beausejour with Rev. Dawn Ballantyne-Dickson officiating. The family would like to thank Dr. C. Olweny of St. B., Drs. N. Ahmed and Leylek of the Health Sciences Centre, Dr. F. Zeiler and the wonderful staff at the Beausejour Health Centre for care given to Rudy and to ourselves. In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Manitoba Division or to a charity of one's choice.
