GEORGE MICHAEL DOWELL On November 7, 2005 in Edmonton, AB, Michael Dowell passed away peacefully in the hospital, at age 40 years. He will be sadly missed by his mother Lillian Dowell (nee Tkachuk) from Lac du Bonnet, MB; his sister Lynda Ann Dowell (Dave); two nieces, Shannon Lynn and Tammy Maria and nephew Daniel Edward Dowell from Flin Flon, MB; as well as by his grandmother Mary Tkachuk from Vita, MB and his numerous uncles, aunts and cousins from different provinces. George was predeceased by his father Wayne Dowell in 1994. A Memorial service will be held on Friday, November 18 at 11:00 a.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St., with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, if friends so wish, donations in memory of George Michael Dowell may be made to The Children's Hospital of Winnipeg Research Foundation, 108 - 671 William Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0J2. George will always be in our memories. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
