ANNE SETNOR (nee COSTIN) We regret to announce the passing of our wife, mother, and grandmother at St. Boniface Hospital on November 16, 2005. Anne is survived by her husband of 49 years Walter; daughter Laurie Lamb (Ross) and precious granddaughters, Kayla and Erin. Also survived by her sister Pat; brother Don (June); sister-in-law Nellie; brother-in-law Jim; many nephews, nieces and friends. She was predeceased by her father Matthew, mother Pauline, brother George and sister Jean. Anne was born on March 31, 1934 in Prairie Grove, MB. She married Walter in 1956 and made Transcona her home. Throughout her working career she was employed at several companies including Hudson Bay and the Winnipeg Taxation Centre. After retirement, she was thrilled to become a grandmother to Kayla and Erin. She enjoyed a variety of activities such as quilting, sewing, baking, knitting and travelling. We would like to thank the staff of St. Boniface Palliative Care and especially Dr. Daeninck for their care. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 21 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. # 1 East at Navin Road with Pastor Rick Sauer officiating. Viewing will be held at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Green Acres Cemetery. Donations in memory of Anne's kind and gentle nature to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
