HELEN IRENE LETAIN February 5, 1920 - November 20, 2005 Peacefully, after a brief illness, Mom passed away at Seven Oaks General Hospital. This grand lady has been reunited with those who predeceased her, her loving husband John, brother Hugh and parents, August and Margaret Haggart. Mom will be sadly missed by her son and best buddy, Hugh, his wife Audry and children, Robyn Graham (Rob and Kensington) of Cranbrook, BC and Bradley Letain (Laurie, Luke and Cole) of Calgary, AB and her walking pal, Whisper. Mom is also survived by her sister-in-law Dorothy Kolba, nephew Bruce Haggart (Cathy), niece Margaret Thompson (Ed) and their families, and many dear friends. Mom had a long and satisfying career with Shell Canada, and after her retirement in 1984 remained very active. This very amazing lady was involved in the family business until three short weeks prior to her passing. The family would like to thank Dr. Patel and the fabulous nursing and social work staff at Unit 2, 5th Floor, Seven Oaks Hospital for their care and compassion. In respect of Mom's wishes, no service will be held. Recall a fond memory and send it to Mom in Heaven. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mom's memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society. • Your mom was a wonderful "lady" with a very optimistic attitude. She will be missed by all who knew her. Our deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family at this time of your loss of a mom, a friend, a confidant, a co-worker and so much more. - Posted by: Russell and Karen Hatch (Family) on: Nov 23, 2005
