LAURE ROCAN With deep sorrow the family announces the passing of Laure Rocan on November 21, 2005 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She will be sadly missed by her sister Louise Allard, her brother Maurice (Jeanne) and numerous nieces, nephews and great niece Michelle Leber who had a special place in her heart. Laure was predeceased by her parents Maxime and Alphonsine, brothers Paul, Ernest and Maxime, and sisters Yvette, Jeanne, Denise and Marcelle, and nephew Bob. Laure worked for the City of Winnipeg as a cashier for 33 years and retired in 1979. Her family and friends will always remember her as a kind-hearted and generous person. She also had a great love for children. She always looked forward to visits from family and friends, especially during her hospital stay. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of 6E at the St. Boniface Hospital. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 25 at the St. Boniface Cathedral. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date at the St. Boniface Cemetery.
