KATHLEEN (KAY) BROCK (nee SHRUTWA) October 4, 1924 - November 25, 2005 Peacefully on Friday, November 25, 2005, Kay passed away after a lengthy illness, with her family by her side. She is survived by her husband Bob (Stoney); daughter Leslie (Robert) Last; granddaughters, Kelly and Rorie; sister Nellie Trayturick; brother Frank (Connie) Shrutwa and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Stanley, John and Walter; and sisters, Mary and Margaret. Kay had a great love for her granddaughters, her family and her pets. She kept a meticulous house and always placed her family first. She spent her senior years travelling with her husband and family to various vacation spots around the world. Her summers were spent at the cabin with friends and family. The family would like to thank the staff at the Concordia Hospital, 1 North, for their patience, kindness and care. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave. (entrance on Aubrey Street) at 2:00 p.m. Rest now Kay (Mom) You will be missed.
