BRITT FRANK ONYSKE October 4, 1931 - November 24, 2005 On Thursday, November 24, 2005, Dad passed away with his daughter and son-in-law by his side at the Seven Oaks Hospital. He leaves to mourn his only daughter Angela (Claude) Gregoire of Selkirk; his sister Anne Wozney of Selkirk; brother Joe (Ann) Onyske of Kaslo, BC as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Dad was predeceased by his second wife Terry, his parents, John and Catherine; brothers, Fred, Steve, Nick, Mike, Peter, John, Alex and Tony. He worked for Ted's Taxi and was involved with wrestling which he seemed to enjoy. He spent many years on the road driving his big rig trucks for Imperial Roadways and Arnold Bros. He spent the remainder of his life with a few close friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 30 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk with interment to follow in the St. Clements Cemetery. A special thanks to the doctors and nurses in ICU Unit at the Seven Oaks Hospital for their extraordinary care and for their compassion and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to a charity of choice. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
