JOSEPHINE ADELAIDE (GRANT) FOSKETT (nee CLUBB) Peacefully, on Sunday, December 4, 2005, Josephine Foskett, age 89 passed away at the Grace Hospital with her daughter Jill at her side. Josephine Jo was predeceased by her first husband Hugh Frederick Grant in 1971; her second husband Sydney Garnett Foskett in 2003; her parents Ethel and Leslie Clubb and all her siblings. Jo will be lovingly remembered by daughter Jill Keller of Tucson, AZ; son Frank Grant (Corrine Wolridge) of Toronto, ON; granddaughters, Lori and Joni of Vancouver, BC; grandsons, Francis of Winnipeg and Stephen of Toronto and the Foskett family of Winnipeg. Jo retired from the health care profession as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was actively involved with the St. James Art Club and produced many beautiful oil paintings. Jo enjoyed an active life gardening, swimming, travelling and reading. One of her greatest joys was the time she spent on Star Lake, ON in the 1960's. The family thanks the staff at Grace Hospital, Deer Lodge Centre, St. James Homecare workers and Riverview Health Centre, for their compassionate care. Funeral service and a celebration of Jo's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Interment and reception will follow.
