Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBEATRICE AMELIA WILSON It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother on Sunday, December 4, 2005, at the age of 89 years. She is survived by her daughters, Lois Marshall of Winnipeg and Beverley Allen (Jeffrey) of Daphne, Alabama; her three grandchildren of whom she was so very proud, Pamela Johnson of Winnipeg, Laura Cayer (Hamelin) of Winnipeg and Matthew Allen of Daphne, Alabama. She was also blessed with one great-grandson, Nicholas Cayer. Beatrice was predeceased by her husband Elmer in 1976, her mother Amelia McQuarrie in 1986 and her father Henry Hunter in 1920. She was also predeceased by her sister Christiana and brother Harold. Beatrice loved reciting and was called upon many times to read poems and scriptures. Whenever family or friends had a baby they were sure to receive a beautifully knit outfit. Her baking was enjoyed by many over the years, especially her carrot pineapple muffins. Many fishing trips and years spent at her trailer with her husband Elmer brought her great pleasure. Beatrice loved her church and the many activities and events it offered. Her faith kept her strong throughout the years. The family would like to thank the wonderful, caring staff at Meadowood Manor Nursing Home; whose devotion and compassion during her final days will always be remembered by her family. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 7 at St. Mary's Road United Church, 613 St. Mary's Road with interment at St. Vital Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to a charity of their choice. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
