JULIETTE AURORE ROSS (VINET) After a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer, Juliette Aurore Ross passed away on December 6, 2005 at Middlechurch Home surrounded by her family. Julie was born March 31, 1932 to Eugene and Dora Vinet in St. Boniface, MB. Julie is survived by her six loving children, Beverly and Jack Price, Brenda and Art Berard, Bernice and Marc Barnabe, Becky Russell, Belinda Marentette and Blake and Sheri Russell. Julie is also survived by her brother Peter and her sister Jackie. She was predeceased by son Glen. Julie was a devoted and loving grandmother to Jackie, Christy, Julianne, Troy, Jeff, Samantha, Kayla and Kylee and great-grandmother to Brandi, Nicholas, Cameron and Daryan. Her many passions included curling, bingo and playing cards with her family and friends. The memorial service will be at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. in Winnipeg on Friday, December 9 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow on Saturday, December 10 at Lake of the Woods Cemetery, Kenora, ON. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thank you to the staff at CancerCare Manitoba (Dr. Lelyk and Staff) Winnipeg Clinic (Dr. Mac) and Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Toronto for their amazing work and care in helping Julie to enjoy much more time here with her family. They would also like to thank the staff at Middlechurch Home for their professionalism and compassion during her brief stay at the home.
