BEVERLEY DIANE BEWICK Mrs. Diane Bewick of Medicine Hat, AB, beloved husband of the late Mr. James Jim Bewick, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2005 at the age of 62 years. Diane also leaves to cherish her memory her children, Robert (Debora) Bewick and Diana Bewick, both of Medicine Hat; and two grandchildren, Matthew and Jami Hastings. Diane was predeceased by her husband, Jim Bewick; and her parents, Henry and Bernice Dwyer. Diane was born on March 7, 1943 at Winnipeg, where she was raised, educated and married Jim Bewick on July 9, 1966. Diane taught school from 1965 to 1978 with the Manitoba School System. In 1980 they moved to Edmonton and in 1984, relocated to Medicine Hat where she continued to reside. Diane loved to write, travel, and spend time with her pets, especially her dog, Pooky. She loved her family and will be remembered as a kind and generous person to anyone who seemed to need her help. The funeral service will be held in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 7 Saamis Rotary Way SW, Medicine Hat, AB, on Friday, December 9 at 1:00 p.m. with Bishop Wayne Schlenker officiating. Interment will follow in the Family Plot at Saamis Prairie View Cemetery.
