DEREK FRENCH Peacefully, on Thursday, December 8, 2005, Derek passed away at the Grace General Hospital at the age of 60 years. A private family funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's All Beliefs and Faiths Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Ave. at Sharp Boulevard. The family would like to thank the Grace Oncology Department, and the nurses and doctors of the second floor at the Grace General Hospital, as well as the Palliative Care nurses who cared for Derek. In lieu of flowers, donations in Derek's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice. Derek's arrangements have been entrusted to the Family Owned Funeral Chapel of: WOJCIK'S ALL BELIEFS FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL CREMATORIUM 897 - 4665
