Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVELYN PATRICIA MIDDLETON (nee WILSON) June 26, 1926 - December 8, 2005 Sadly we announce the passing of Eve, wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend on Thursday, December 8, 2005 at Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home. She was predeceased by her husband Ken Middleton on July 16, 1985; parents, Jack and Mary Wilson; brothers, Bill and Jim Wilson; sister Mary Carrs, of British Columbia; and sister-in-law Linda Wilson. Evelyn grew up in Elmwood and had attended Lord Selkirk School. She met the love of her life Ken in the early 1950s, were married and completed their family with their son Kenneth Jr. (Joe). The family lived in Windsor Park, and summered at Falcon Lake. Evelyn is survived by son Ken Middleton (Leslie); grandchildren, Kenzie and Cole Middleton; one brother John Wilson, many nieces and nephews, as well as many special friends in the Winnipeg Beach area. Eve and Ken retired in Sandy Hook and Winnipeg Beach. Upon Ken's demise, Evelyn took on many volunteer jobs and many fun activities with her close friends in the community. She spoke fondly of her bingo and casino trips. Many thanks to the wonderful and caring staff at Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home. She often spoke of how great the people were and how she loved living there. We will all miss her very much. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 14 at 1:30 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Hwy., Winnipeg. KLASSEN FUNERAL HOME 1897 Henderson - North of McIvor - 338-0331
