Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKING TUSURO ENTA King Tusuro Enta, aged 87 of Brookside, NS passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2005 after a lengthy illness. He was born in New Westminster, BC and was the eldest son of Yanazo and Imayo (Takao) Enta. King moved to Winnipeg in 1943 and resided in Manitoba until moving to Toronto in 1970 where he retired as a senior executive with the Hudson Bay Company. He moved to Brookside, NS in 1983. King had 50 years service with the Masonic Lodge, was a Past Master, and most recently was a member of the Timberlea Lodge No. 136. He was a longtime member of the St. John Ambulance Brigade. His interests were gardening, oil painting and mall walking. He is survived by daughter Lisa (John) Katai, Murphy, TX; and sons, Ken (Sheelah) Enta, Brookside and Tom Enta, Winnipeg. He is also survived by sisters, Jessie Kobuke, Yuki Fugishige, Molly Kitajima, Bernice (Hiro) Yamamoto; and brothers, Fred (Betty), Bill (Chico) and Tom (Maurine) Enta. He was predeceased by brothers, George and Ken. He has five grandchildren, Lonnie Katai, Lauri Barnick, Michael Katai, Brant Enta, Susan Bumstead and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 14 at 10:00 a.m. from the J. Albert Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 149 Herring Cove Rd., Halifax (902-477-5601). Interment will take place at Sunrise Park Inter-Faith Cemetery. Flowers from family members only.

I am very sad to have learned of the death of Uncle King. He held a special place in the hearts of all our families and we will continue to love him in memory.
