Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET YURKOWSKI (nee GUILBAULT) January 13, 1920 - December 10, 2005 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Yurkowski on December 10, 2005. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Laraine Deering (Ted), and son Jim (Marge), granddaughter Colleen Lowe (Craig), grandsons Glenn Deering (Susan), David and Steven Yurkowski, and great-grandchildren Michael, Danielle and Christopher Lowe. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph. Margaret was the eldest daughter of Hector and Myra Guilbault, then of Fannystelle, MB. She met and married Joseph and spent her life as wife and devoted mother in Winnipeg. When her children were grown, Margaret joined the Eaton's gang in 1968, retiring from there in 1984. Mom was a gentile soul who loved fun and cherished her family with all of her heart. She loved a family gathering when we could all be together and we loved to see that sparkle in her eyes when her grandchildren could join her - they were the love of her life. We will miss you mom, but your love will shine through each one of us. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at 7:00 p.m., December 14 at Voyage Funeral Home, 1531 Pembina Hwy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
