LORNE CLAYTON SNIDER 1926 - 2005 Passed away, peacefully, with his loving family by his side, at St. Mary's General Hospital on December 6, 2005 at the age of 79 years. Beloved and devoted husband of 57 years to Lois Snider (nee McDougall). Loving and generous father of Vivian (Bob) Turczyn of Saskatoon and Dale (Jim) Wiebe of Kitchener. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Jason and Andrea Turczyn and Jill Wiebe, all of whom held a special place, in his heart, also by his brothers and sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Delbert and Pearl Snider (nee) Esch and two brothers, Glen and Calvin. Lorne held a long and successful career as a food broker and was the CEO and Owner of Seven Cities Food Brokers of Western Canada for over 23 years. A special thank you to Dr. Needham-Nethercott and the staff at St. Mary's ICU unit for their compassionate care and concern. Honouring Lorne's personal wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. South, Waterloo.
