Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMORLEY ANDERSON February 19, 1922 - December 14, 2005 Peacefully on Wednesday, December 14, 2005, Morley passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 83. Morley was predeceased by his loving wife Clara, his parents; Rupert and Annie Ethel and brother Cyril. Leaves to mourn his daughter Kathleen (John) Allen and their children; Glenn, David, John Jr. and great-grandson Joshua Allen; his son, Brian and his children, Lindsey, Laurie and Melanie. He is also survived by his sister Beulah Hasey, brothers Harvey and Fred with their families, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. Morley will be remembered for his thoughtful and kind nature. Morley served in World War II with the 13th Canadian Field Regiment in Great Britain, Holland and Germany. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion #2 for 48 years. After the war training, through the Canadian Army he became a steam fitter for which he worked for many years until his retirement in 1987. Morley was a proud member of the United Association of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union Local 254, as well as a long time member of Aerie #23 Fraternal Order of Eagles Winnipeg. Funeral service will be held at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home on Saturday, December 17, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. with interment and reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, friends so wishing may make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff of the Seven Oaks Hospital for their care and compassion.
