Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANDREW JERRY MACIASZEK It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Andy on Saturday, December 10, 2005 in Surrey, BC at the age of 56 years. He was predeceased by his father, Zygmunt. Andy will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Feliksa Dudek; sister Cecile (Henry) and children; brother Les (Marilyn); sister Liz (Rod), his fiancee Debbie and his children and many cousins. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 17 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Donations may be made in Andy's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
