ELIZABETH ELLEN (BETTY) HUSBY It is with sadness that our family announces the death of Elizabeth E. (Betty) Husby, widow of Philip J. Husby. Betty died in Victoria Hospital, Winnipeg, on December 9, 2005, at the age of 79. Many thanks to the staff of Emergency and the fifth floor of Victoria Hospital for their gentle and considerate care. Betty is survived by her loving family, Phyllis Cherret, husband Larry and their children, Rhiannon, Kendra, and Bryonny; Elizabeth J. Husby, husband Murray Wall and their children, Heather and Evan; and sons, Stuart, Douglas and David; sister Margaret Wright, husband Doug and their children, Douglas and Andrew and their families; sister-in-law Phyllis; and many nieces and nephews. According to Betty's wishes, cremation and a private memorial for immediate family have taken place. If friends wish, in lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Betty's memory to Breakfast for Learning (www.breakfastforlearning.ca) or Frontier College (www.frontiercollege.ca).
