JOSEPH LEONEL DESIRE MORIN Born on October 9, 1930, in Sainte-Genevieve, MB, Desire passed away in the arms of the Lord with family by his side in the Ste. Anne Hospital on December 16, 2005. He struggled with diabetes for many years. Desire was predeceased by his father in 1965 and by his mother in 1969. He leaves to cherish his memory four sisters, Cecile, Yvette, Elmire and Edmonde; brothers-in-law, Edward Leclerc and Auguste Therrien; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. At a younger age he worked as a cook and on a farm raising chickens. He loved animals and had many dogs and cats. He also enjoyed playing bingo. His hobby was moving often from place to place - over 30 times in his lifetime. At his request cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date at the Sainte-Genevieve Cemetery. The family would like to express their gratitude to Yvette Cyr and Yvonne Boulianne of the Ste. Anne Hospital for the care given to our brother and also to the doctors and nurses. Our sincere thanks to Sr. Rioux for her many visits with our brother. Tu etais un tres bon frere. Nous allons te manquer. Aurevoir, rest in peace.
