Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKAREN LYNN PRINCE (nee COURCHENE) November 12, 1965 - December 16, 2005 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Karen Prince, aged 40 years, beloved wife of Donovan Prince of Winnipeg, MB. She is survived by her loving husband Donovan; children, Sophia, Desi, Gaelyn and Jonah; her mother Theresa Courchene; and grandchild Kastin. Also surviving are her sisters, Amelia, Doris (Jorges), Frances (Henry), Alisa (Mario), Delores and Noreen (Sterling); by her brothers, Harold (Beatrice), John (Julia), Garrette (Crystal), Devon, Justin (Gerry Lynn) and Terrance; her mother-in-law Adrianne; brothers-in-law, Darren and Bevis and a sister-in-law Eileen; and by numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Karen was predeceasd by her father George Bazil Courchene on Christmas day in 1985; grandparents, Joe and Agnes Courchene, J.B. and Angela Twohearts; and her sister Elaine Courchene. Wake services will be held beginning Tuesday evening, December 20 at the St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church, Fort Alexander, MB with a Pentecostal service on Friday, December 23 at 2:00 p.m. also from the church with Fr. Gerry Sembrano presiding. Interment in the Parish Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Ernesto Courchene and Antonio Courchene. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Swampy, Devon Starr, Micah Courchene, Sterling Genialle Jr., Preston Courchene, Dylan Courchene, Justin Courchene and Terrance Courchene. Life will never be the same without you, for you were everything God took care to give to me, you showed me the way to true happiness, for your soft kind sincere smile will carry me through like it always did.
