My association with Bill occurred in the early years of our lives; firstly at Gilbert School, then Roblin, and lastly at Winnipeg when Bill was at Teacher's College. Bill was a loyal friend. He was a fun guy, never a dull moment when Bill was around. Later when I met Bill at the Gilbert and Shortdale reunions it was obvious he spent his career caring for and educating the downtrodden and needy. He enriched the lives of all those who knew him. We give thanks to God for having given us the life of Bill Gulenchin. - Posted by: Will Tishinski (Friend) on: Dec 23, 2005
