Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLARA VICTORIA MAYTWAYASHING 1928 - 2005 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and sister, Clara Victoria Maytwayashing, aged 77 years of Lake Manitoba First Nation, on December 27, 2005 at the St. Boniface Hospital. Clara was born March 10, 1928 in Eriksdale, MB. On June 21, 1950 she married Harvey Maytwayashing. She enjoyed playing bingo, knitting, gardening, cooking, and storytelling. Clara was loved by all her family and friends. She leaves to mourn five sons, Elmer (Linda), Gary, Marvin (Jackie), Harvey (Louisa), and Leslie, a special friend Bradley Swan, four daughters, Barbara, Karen, Audrey, Polly (Ernie), one sister Evelyn Swan, four brothers, Elzear, Walter, Leslie (Elsie), and Stanley (Gloria), forty grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Harvey, her parents Gaspard and Mary, sisters Mary Anne, Cecile, Jean, Mary, her son Bradley, two grandsons Glen and Harvey Jr. Wake services will be held on Friday, December 30, and Saturday, December 31, 2005 at Audrey Swan's residence on Lake Manitoba First Nation beginning at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 1, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. in the Lake Manitoba School Gymnasium, with Pastor Bill Watson officiating. Interment to follow in the Lake Manitoba Reserve Cemetery. Pallbearers will be six grandsons, Eddie Maytwayashing, Barry Swan, Elmer Maytwayashing, Kelly Roulette, Ashton Maytwayashing, and Harold Maytwayashing. Honorary pallbearers will be all in attendance. May she rest in peace. Arrangements by ARNASON FUNERAL HOMES LTD. Ashern - Lundar (204) 768-2072
