MAE MOUSSEAU Mae Emerentienne Mousseau, (nee Wilcott) passed away at the age of 83 on December 28, 2005 after her battle with Lou Gehrig's Disease (ALS) at MSA General Hospital in Abbotsford, BC. Predeceased by her husband Maurice in 2003, she leaves to mourn three daughters, Henriette Fillion (Marcel), Abbotsford, BC; Vivianne Courteau (Laurent), Prince George, BC; Gisele Laurin (Gerald), Abbotsford, BC; six grandchildren Rachelle Robertson (Richard); Daniel Fillion (Carole); Robert Fillion (Crystal); Valerie Menzies (Aaron); Velinda Pelligrino (Tony); David Bergeron; 10 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson. She also leaves behind three brothers, Germain Wilcott (Juliette), Maple Ridge, BC; Denis Wilcott, Maple Ridge, BC; Sebastien Jack , Winnipeg, MB and two sisters, Mathilda Smith, Pine Falls, MB; and Rose Chambers (Darrell) Duncan, BC. Mae was born on July 16, 1922 in Cantal, SK. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother with a particular tender heart for young children. The family expresses sincere appreciation and thanks to ALS Society for their guidance and assistance and to the doctors, nurses and staff at MSA hospital. Christian Funeral Service will be on Tuesday January 3, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 33333 Mayfair Ave., Abbotsford, BC with Rev. Robert Wong, S.J. officiating. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the ALS Society in your local area will be greatly appreciated. Funeral Arrangements by Henderson's Fraser Valley Funeral Home.
