Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRUNO BRUENGER The family wishes to announce the peaceful passing of Bruno Bruenger at Grace Hospital on Friday, December 30, 2005. Bruno leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife Rachel; three sons Gerald (Janet), Roy (special friend Kim) and Ralph (Blanche); five grandchildren Kurt (Martina), Dale, Jonathan, Stephanie (special friend Donald) and Heather. He is also survived by brothers and sister, Fred (Helga), Marion (Tony) Novello and Hans, along with several nieces, nephews, many relatives and loved ones. Bruno was predeceased by his wife Edeltraud in 1991 and his brother Reinhold in 1998. Bruno was born in Blasheim, West Germany on May 14, 1932. He married Edeltraud Sokolies in 1953 and immigrated to Canada a year later, ultimately settling in Winnipeg. He built himself a solid reputation in the painting industry and enjoyed many friendships with his customers and associates. Bruno was an outdoorsman, enjoying many hunting and fishing experiences with those close to him, and he instilled this same deep respect for nature in his sons. Many thanks to Fire and Paramedic Services also to Emergency staff at Grace Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 2 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
