Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT (BOB) MORRISON CLARKE On Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at Grace General Hospital, Bob Clarke passed away after a brief illness. He was 93. Bob leaves to mourn his daughter Kimberley and son-in-law Don Plummer of West Vancouver, BC; grandchildren, Maddison, Kelsey and Jet; brother Gilbert Clarke; sisters, Lillian Paly and Jean Pearce (Peterborough, ON); dear friends Frankie Johnston and family; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Bob loved winter sports, summer sports, it didn't matter. He loved reading about them, watching them or playing them. He continued to golf at Elmhurst Golf Club until two years ago and he curled with the Senators at the Granite Curling Club until he was 90. Bob loved being active physically and mentally. He loved to swim and specially enjoyed long walks in the fresh winter air and sunshine. Bobby Clarke worked for the T. Eaton Company for 40 years in sales and management. He enjoyed retail for the people he worked with and for. He was a loyal employee till the end of his career and after, as he continued many friendships from Eaton's with the Eaton Retirement Club. Bob Clarke was a kind, generous and loyal person. He always thought of others and was always available to help. His ready smile and the twinkle in his eyes lit up a room. His sparkle will be missed. Bob Clarke was predeceased by his wife Genevieve (Anders); his parents, Harry and Jane Clarke; and his brothers, Jim and Harry Clarke.
