IDA MAE O'DONNELL (nee BUBAR) On Sunday, January 8, 2006 at 2:50 p.m. Mom passed away peacefully at home in her sleep. She was predeceased by her husband George Bubar of 20 years and husband Wesley O'Donnell who she enjoyed 23 wonderful loving years with, also by her brother Merlin. Mom leaves to cherish her loving memory 13 children, 30 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, two sisters, nieces, nephews and many friends. To a good life came a peaceful end, She died as she lived, everyone's friend Upright and just in all her ways, Loving and Queen to the end of her days. We saw her suffer, heard her sigh, We could do nothing but sit close by. We have lost, but Heaven has gained, One of the best angels, that the world contained. A reception will be held on Wednesday, January 11, between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at 677 Sheppard Street. Interment will take place in New Brunswick. Thank you to the Home Care Staff for their care and compassion. A special thank you to Dr. P. Daeninck, Maryanne, Teresa and Terry. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mom's memory may be made to the St. Boniface Hospital Research Foundation, Palliative Care Unit, 409 Tache Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2H 9Z9.
