ANNA MARIE REINE BERNARDIN (nee FERLAND) It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister at the age of 83. Left to cherish her memory are sons, Gilles (Diane), Denis (Karen), Roger; daughters, Diane (Robert), Claudette (Arthur), Suzanne (Craig); 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers, Joseph (Olive), Smokey (Georgette); sister Yvonne (Marcien). Anna was predeceased by her devoted husband Leon; grandson Mitchell; brothers, Dollard, Leo, baby Joseph; sisters, Germaine, Simone, Jeannette. Anna was known for her fun loving and generous ways. She was married for 56 years to Leon who was the love of her life. Mom was totally devoted to her children and faced life with great courage and strength. She enjoyed her friendships, bingo, bowling and music. Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 13 at l'Eglise du Precieux-Sang, 200 Kenny St. Viewing will take place from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Pallbearers will be Tricia Lewis, Jason Bernardin, Kelly Strickland, Bella Poisson, Katie Bernardin and Colinda Penzick.
