TANYS NAYLA EMPSON March 4, 1947 - January 11, 2006 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Tanys Empson on January 11, 2006 at the Riverview Health Centre. Tanys was predeceased by her husband Mike; sister Cheryl; father William; and infant sister Melody. She is survived by two sons, Jaison (Lynda) and their children Liam and Avery, and Brittain (Tammy) and their children Rhys and Connor; her mother Georgina Taylor; sisters, Jill Barlow (Bob) and Ginger Taylor; mother and father-in-law Clare and Roy Empson; and sister-in-law Mary Jarowec (Tony); as well as nieces and nephews, Tiffany, Ryder, Jessica, Tanner, Kerry and Kristine. We will all miss this kind, gentle, artistic woman. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter and grandmother. She will also be missed by her constant companions Stella and Tom, her beloved cats. Service of remembrance will be held 2:30 p.m. Monday, January 16, at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 E. at Navin Road. Interment will follow in Green Acres Cemetery. The family is especially grateful to the staff at the Riverview Health Centre, Palliative Care Ward for their care and compassion during Tanys' stay.
