PAULA MARKS (nee CHOSLOVSKY) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paula Marks. Paula was born on April 4, 1939 in Winnipeg, MB. Predeceased by her parents Bella and Maurice (Chick) Choslovsky. Paula will be lovingly remembered by Les, her husband of 45 years; her children, Kevin and Debbie, Seth and Joan, and her beautiful grandchildren, Shayna, Jillian, Jacob and Sarah. Also left to mourn are Sydney and Binnie Choslovsky, Beryl and Leonard Levine, Dorise and Ron Kerman, Sandra and Irv Shore, Sharon and Mel Myers and many nieces and nephews. Paula was a respected and inspiring educator, having taught for over four decades. She will be greatly missed by her former students, colleagues, friends and a large extended family. Funeral services took place on Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at Etz Chayim Synagogue; Interment at Rosh Pina Memorial Park. Pallbearers were David Levine, Marla Choslovsky, Ely Kerman, Sarah Myers, Michael Gorenstein and Randal Shore. Shiva will be observed from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. through Sunday, January 22 at the home of Sharon and Mel Myers, 99 Wellington Cres., Suite 807. Donations to the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba or the National Ovarian Cancer Association (1-877-413-7970) or a charity of your choice.
