GLADYS GROSSMAN nee MOROZ Gladys Grossman (nee Moroz) peacefully passed away with her family by her side on January 17, 2006 at the age of 62 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband John; her son Ernie (Jody) Sheppard and special granddaughter Stephanie Sheppard. She is survived by mother Rosa Bereza; her sisters, Linda Berthelette, Dale (Roy) Federowich; brother Morris (Jeanette) Moroz and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Joseph Moroz in April 2000. She will also be missed by John's family, son Richard Grossman (Anne), and children, Matt and Danielle; daughter Shirley Grantham; sisters, Rose (Eugene) Balamatowski, Betty (Len) Faye, Leona Grossman; and brothers, Art (Claudette) Grossman, Gerard (Merle) Grossman; brother-in law John Miazga and numerous nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Arlene Buchanan (cousin) for her on going care and generosity. Gladys was a dedicated employee of Buhler Industries for over 30 years, loved to travel, entertain with family and friends and most of all spend quality time with her grand daughter Stephanie who always had a special place in grandma's heart. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 21 at 1:00 p.m. at Saint Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Road, Winnipeg, MB. We would like to invite family and friends to join us for a reception following the Funeral Mass. A private family service at Green Acres Funeral Home and Cemetery will be at a later date. The family would like to thank the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit. Their kindness and support was greatly appreciated. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
