Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILMA MARGARET SHARPE (nee ROBERTSON) On Saturday, January 14, 2006, shortly after celebrating her 80th birthday and a joyous family Christmas at her home in Ottawa, Wilma Margaret Sharpe (nee Robertson) passed away. She is survived by son Paul, daughter Sydney, granddaughters, Marina and Christie, grandsons, Simon and Adam, nephews, Brock and Gary, niece Wendy and sisters, Donella and Grace. Her husband Major Eric Robert Sharpe passed away in June 1979 and son Dr. Colin Robertson Sharpe passed away in May 2002. She is deeply loved by her family who will honour and cherish her memory. We will celebrate her life at a memorial service to be held at Hulse Playfair and McGarry Funeral Home, 150 Woodroffe Ave., Ottawa, on Thursday, January 26 at 11:30 a.m. to be followed by a reception at her home. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to the Arthritis Society, Suite 1700, 393 University Ave., Toronto, ON M5G 1E6.

Mrs. Sharpe was Secretary to the Family Medicine Centre at the Civic Hospital for many years. She was always a cheerful person and a friend to us all. I remember her as a confidante and advisor who helped me in many ways. We all loved her and are diminished by her passing. May she rest in well deserved peace. Dr.John Forster. Associate 1973 -1994.
