LEONARD May 11, 1928 - January 21, 2006 Suddenly on January 21, 2006, Maurice Leonard, aged 77 years, passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital. Maurice was predeceased by his wife Lenore; brothers Tommy and Stan; sisters Bertha, Anne, Irene and Terry. Maurice is survived by daughter Kelly; son Johnny; stepchildren Bob, Anita and Michael; grandchildren Marc, Christina, Daniel; brother Rene; sister Anita; aunty Alphonsine as well as many nieces and nephews. Maurice spent his working years in the Brewery Industry, first in Winnipeg at O'Keefe Brewery and then Prince George, BC at Uncle Bens Brewery until he retired in 1989. Maurice then moved back to Winnipeg, where he spent his remaining years enjoying his family who will sadly miss him. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Christ the King Parish on Thursday, January 26 at 10:00 a.m, with Rev. Fr. Phil Daley presiding. The Interment will take place at St. Boniface Cemetery.
