Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVICTOR JOSEPH NOEL CHARTRAND (BUGS) Peacefully on January 16, 2006 at the Royal Alexander Hospital in Edmonton, AB, Vic passed away at the age of 58. Vic was born on December 23, 1947 in St. Laurent, MB. Vic (Bugs) is survived by his loving wife Joan; his best friend Corky; daughter Michelle; grandchildren, Jason and Emilie, and stepson Bruce. He was predeceased by his parents, Alma (nee Guiboche) on February 1, 1999 and Simon Chartrand on November 27, 1978. He'll be sadly missed by his brother and sisters, Laura (Ralph) Minchin, Maurice (Dorothy), Remi, Sylvia (Cal) Hurley, Linda (David) Jones, Sophie (Gerald) Hopps, and numerous nieces and nephews. Vic lived in Edmonton (formerly of St. Laurent, MB) for the past 36 years and was a Journeyman Painter by trade. He learned his painting trade at MIT (now RRCC) in Winnipeg in 1967. In 1969, Vic moved to Edmonton and resided there until his passing. Cremation has already taken place and a memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kateri Tekakwitha Parish located at 794 Ellice Ave. Rev. Fr. Francois Paradis officiating. Interment will be at a later date. The family wishes to give a special thanks to all of Vic's friends in Edmonton for their support. Forever in our hearts until we meet again. We love you
