GEORGE R. WIEBE Peacefully on Monday, January 23, 2006 at the Maplewood Manor, our beloved father George Wiebe of Ste. Anne passed into his eternal rest at the age of 95 years. He was born August 9, 1910. Those left to mourn his passing are: five daughters, Marina Rempel of Rosenort, Emily (Vernon) Dueck of Ste. Anne, Bernice (Bernie) Isaac of Rosenort, Rose (Ron) Giesbrecht of Ste. Anne, Lorna (Jerome) Koehn of Swan River; two sons, Rennie (Eileen) of Ste. Anne, Harry (Zelma) of Centreville, NB; 43 grandchildren and their spouses and 94 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by twin sisters Agnes Penner and Caroline Giesbrecht, as well as two sisters-in-law Lottie Wiebe and Linda Wiebe. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Lillie in 1995, parents Jacob T. and Anna Wiebe, five brothers: Peter, Henry, Isaac, Aaron and Ben, five sisters: Margaret Goossen, Anna Goossen, Mary Goossen, Catherine Warkentin and Elizabeth Thiessen. Viewing will be held at the Church of God in Christ, Greenland, MB on Thursday, January 26 at 7:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service. The funeral service will be held Friday, January 27 at 2:00 p.m. also at the church. Interment at the church cemetery.
