BARRY CLAIRE MORGAN Sadly, the family announces the sudden passing of Barry on January 23, 2006 at age 58. Barry, while teaching in Mafeking Manitoba met Nancy. Shortly after their marriage they moved to Winnipeg so that Barry could attend University. In 1974, after graduating with a BSc. (Chemistry) from the University of Winnipeg, Barry began working at the Canadian Grain Commission. After 30 years, mostly as a Chemist monitoring wheat quality, Barry retired to enjoy his passions of family, woodworking and golf. Barry joins his father Walter, brother Kenneth Lee, good friend and brother-in-law Al Taylor. He leaves behind Nancy, Kevin, Joelle, Danielle, Willis in Winnipeg, his mother Rose and stepfather Bruce, siblings Mervin, Maxine and Rick, and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, Canadian Mental Health, or a charity of choice. A memorial service celebrating Barry's life will be held Saturday, January 28 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home. The family thanks the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service and Winnipeg Police for their assistance. We are grateful for the prayers and support of the Savard family and Alice Neville, as well as many friends and acquaintances.
