WILLIAM (BILL) ARNOLD PASOSKY January 3, 1943 - January 24, 2006 On the evening of January 24, 2006 at home, Bill passed away after succumbing to the side effects he suffered after having a massive stroke in May. Born in Glenella, MB and living in Winnipeg for most of his life you could often find Bill spending his time working on cars, watching sports and visiting with family and friends. Growing up Bill worked many jobs but spent his last 25 years working for the Government of Manitoba before retiring in 1998. Bill is survived by his wife Sharon of 40 years; his two sons, Jason and Justin; sister Anette; brothers and sisters-in-law, Elayne, Howard, Marilyn and Jim. The family would like to thank those who visited Bill while in the hospital and staff at Grace and Deer Lodge and to extend a thank you to his home care workers for their compassion Holly, Marie, Vasil, Melanie and Carlos. Memorial service will be held on Monday, January 30 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Family and friends are invited to sign the Book of Condolence at www.chapellawn.mb.ca Donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Suite 200, 6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6 or the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3.
