EUGENE SABOURIN March 26, 1943 - January 25, 2006 Peacefully on January 25, 2006 after a courageous battle with cancer Eugene passed away at the age of 62 years at Beausejour Health Centre. He is survived by his wife Eleanor, son Marc, daughter Ila Hlatky (Bob) and a very special granddaughter Chantal who he kept a very special place for in his heart. Also surviving is his mother Delima; sisters, Simone (Jacques), Aline (Marcel), Lucie (Douglas); his brothers, Joseph, Ulysse, Gilles (Cecile), Fernand; and a very special sister-in-law Kathleen (Grant) as well as numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Eugene was predeceased by his father Edouard in October of 1998. The family would like to thank Dr. Corder and the nursing staff at the Beausejour Health Centre for their care and compassion shown to our family. In keeping with his wish cremation has taken place and a memorial mass celebrating his life will be held on Monday, January 30 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Beausejour, MB with Fr. David Brabant presiding. If friends so desire memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Beausejour District Health Centre, Box 550, Beausejour, MB R0E 0C0 or to a charity of one's choice.
