AYLIN GONZALES Tragically, on Thursday, January 26, 2006, at Health Sciences Centre, Aylin Gonzales passed away at the age of 34 years. Aylin was predeceased by her father-in-law Ricardo Gonzales. She will be lovingly remembered by her beloved husband Arnel; their children, Jose Mari, Patricia Marie of Winnipeg; her parents, Leonida and Alfredo Resurreccion; mother-in-law Araceli Gonzales, all of the Philippines; sisters and brothers, Mary Grace (Nick) Francisco, Christopher (Michelle) Resurreccion all of Winnipeg, Geraldine (Boy) Sulat, Giovanni (Aileen) Resurreccion, Sheila Marie (Felix) Gallenero; brothers and sisters-in-law: Ma. Gracia, Mylen Gonzales, Armando (Rowena), Maricel (Joey) de Chavez, Arnold (Sharon), Maxine Gonzales, all of the Philippines, many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles in Winnipeg, Missisauga and the Philippines. Aylin and Arnel with their children immigrated to Winnipeg May 2002 where they built their home. Aylin was dedicated to not only her family but also her places of employment, firstly Super Store and most recently Harvest Bakery. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and dear friends. Prior to moving to Winnipeg she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Batangas, Philippines. After graduation she taught computer academics at Batangas National High School. Lamay will be held on Tuesday, January 31, between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight, Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., St. Emile Parish, 556 Saint Anne's Rd., with Rev. Fr. Rene Peters celebrant. Service will terminate at the church. Special thanks are extended to the many dear friends and family that supported Aylin and her family during this difficult time. We would also like to thank the many doctors and staff of Emergency, O.R. and Surgical Intensive Care Unit for their valiant effort and care.
