Ken built his own motor boat which was launched in 1957 and with it traveled many waterways in Canada and the Northern States. He was also an avid reader. In his later years, he and Lynn enjoyed camping in their various house trailers and traveled from coast to coast as well as to many camp sites in the Whiteshell and to Camp Lilac. They also enjoyed trips to the Caribbean and enjoyed the hospitality, music, and the lovely scenery of the islands. Ken enjoyed his family and grandchildren as well as spending time with friends and neighbours. In compliance with Ken's wishes, no formal funeral will be held. The Scott Family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff and volunteers at the Vista Park Lodge on Nova Vista for their excellent care and attention given to Ken while he was a resident there.
