DORIS MARIA MADELENA JONK (nee DELICHTE) July 1, 1931- February 3, 2006 It is with great sadness that the family announced the peaceful passing of Doris Maria Madelena Jonk (nee Delichte), aged 74 years, beloved wife of John Jonk of St. Alphonse, MB on Friday, February 3, 2006 at the Health Sciences Center, Winnipeg, MB. Doris leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her loving memory, her beloved husband of 48 years, John Jonk; daughter Brenda (Ken) Andries; grandchildren, Jessica, Brooke and McKenzie Andries; brother Maurice (Lillian) Delichte; brothers and sisters-in-law, Johanna Van Der Peet, Margaretha (Pete) Poel, Nicolaas (Annie) Jonk, Wilhelmina Jonk from Luxenbourg, Wilhemina Jonk from Westlock, AB, Jim (Mary) Jonk, Theo (Aad) Wim (Nell) Jonk, Bert Jonk, Loes Schouw, Adrie (Corrie) Jonk; and numerous nieces and nephews. Doris was predeceased by two sons, John and Mark Jonk; parents, Henry and Maria Delichte; brothers-in-law, Nick Van Der Peet, Quirinus Jonk, Henk Jonk; and sister-in-law Corrie Derks. Prayers will be said at the Budz Funeral Chapel, Holland, MB., on Friday, February 10, at 8:00 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial celebrated by Father Firmin Michiels will be conducted from the St. Alphonse Roman Catholic Church, St. Alphonse, MB on Saturday, February 11 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will take place at the St. Alphonse Parish Cemetery, St. Alphonse, MB.
