LINDA BEATON (My Nanny) Linda was a wonderful woman and she was a great Nanny. She was always fun to be around. Me, Mom and Nanny went to wonderful places and we always had a great time. We would play games for hours and would lose track of time. It didn't matter what age she was, she was a wonderful person throughout. I only wish she could be here right now and live for at least one more year. Me and my mom only wish she could be around to see flowers bloom at least one more time. To make one more snowman. To hand out candy on Halloween to children again. I only wish she could live forever, but she can't, but she can in our imagination and in our hearts. Linda may have died at 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2006 but her cheerful spirit will remain in our hearts. Then Linda will live forever. Please join us in remembering Linda at Lisi's Ranch House, 1761 Main Street (Hartford and Main) at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 9.
