Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryED DESROCHERS Passed away suddenly on Friday, February 10, 2006 at the Baldur Health Centre, Ed Desrochers of Baldur, MB. Dad was born October 6, 1918 in St. Alphonse to Sinai and Louise Desrochers. Dad was predeceased by his loving wife Marlin in 1979 and his eldest daughter Annette in 1997. Also predeceasing dad were his brothers, Leon, Henry and Will; brothers-in-law, Marcel, Ovide; and sisters-in-law Irene and Therese. Dad is survived by his loving children, Dan, Murray (Donna), Arlene Desrochers, Sheila Desrochers (Brian DeMeuleneire), Laurie (Al) Cuthbert and Ron; his grandchildren, Duane, Darcy (Shelly), Dylan (Tannys), Lacey (Derrick), Blake and Blaine and great-grandchildren. Also surviving dad are his brothers, Urban and Celeste (Juliette); his sisters, Toni and Nell and his sisters-in-law, Marguerite and Rose. After serving in the Second World War, dad settled in the Baldur area. He and mom were married June 7, 1947. They farmed and raised their family together until mom passed away in 1979. Dad continued farming until his death. A celebration of dad's life will be held on Tuesday, February 14 at 1:30 p.m. in the Willmor Chapel, 415 Broadway St., Glenboro. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in dad's memory to a charity of ones choice.
